How to use the map
- Enter your postal code or tap “Use my location”. The list beside the map re-orders to show the nearest results first.
- Pick a level and tick “Only with vacancies” to hide full centres. Add Anchor Operator, SPARK, halal food, Saturday care or transport to narrow it down.
- Tap a pin or a name for the centre's page, with its full vacancy table for the next six months, registration fee, deposits and contact details.
- Switch to primary or secondary schools to see which schools are near the preschool you're considering, and filter by CCA, SAP or IP.
What the colours mean
- Green: the centre reports vacancies this month for the selected level (or for any level, if you haven't picked one).
- Yellow: limited vacancies, meaning only a few places left.
- Red: full this month. Later months can still have space, so check the centre's page.
- Grey: the centre doesn't offer the level you selected.
Where the data comes from
Preschool locations, vacancies, schemes and hours come from the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) “Listing of Centres” and “Pre-Schools Location” datasets. School information comes from the Ministry of Education's school datasets, and school map positions are matched from each school's postal code using OneMap. All of it is from data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0. Map tiles are from OneMap, Singapore Land Authority. Vacancies change quickly and are as reported by each centre, so always confirm with the centre before applying.
296 centres in ECDA's listing don't yet have a published map position, so they appear in the directory but not on the map.
